I'm Mary-T Scratch
Mary-T Scratch is the founder of Illumination Québec. With an inspiring professional background in social work and early childhood education, she has always been passionate about helping others and finding creative solutions to improve their daily lives. With that same mindset, she decided to venture into entrepreneurship and start her own business, an initiative aimed at bringing beauty, joy, and a little light into people’s lives.
Our origins
It all started when she noticed something in her neighborhood. Families loved decorating their homes for the holidays, but the annual ritual always came with the same problems: tangled wires, climbing ladders, and lights that burned out too quickly. Mary-T imagined a better solution: permanent outdoor lighting that is durable, elegant, professional, and hassle-free, entirely designed in Canada.
